Low Calorie Smoothies Can Be Delicious!
1. Freeze Yogurt in an ice cube tray

2. Put 1 1/4 cup of your favorite fruits in freezer bags

3. Add two frozen yogurt cubes in each fruit bag. Blend fruit mixture with 1 cup liquid of choice!
